REGISTRATIONS AND FEES

REGISTRATION PERIOD:

From December 1st to 15th, 2024, for payment in up to six installments

The registration fee can be paid in up to 6 installments, provided the first payment is made by December 15th, 2024. Subsequent installments must be paid monthly, by the 15th of each month, so the total amount is paid off by May 15th, 2025.

For example, if you choose the maximum installment plan of 6 payments, the payments must be made between December 2024 and May 2025, with the first payment by December 15th, 2024, the second by January 15th, 2025, and so on.

Other smaller installment options are also available. In this case, the first payment can be made after December, as long as all installments are organized to ensure the total payment is completed by the final deadline of May 15th, 2025. For example, a 4-installment plan could start in January 2025, with payments in January, February, March, and April.

The responsibility for submitting the payment receipts lies with the participant.

For installment payments, the receipt for each installment must be submitted monthly. For one-time costs, the receipt must be submitted by the final deadline of May 15th, 2025.

Registrations will not be extended due to hotel logistics.

CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be no refunds; however, you may designate a substitute at no additional cost.

After these dates, choosing the original number of installments will not be possible. If the deadline is exceeded, registration can only be paid in the number of installments still available, based on the first payment date.

Note: The registration fee is individual and includes the opening cocktail, meals for all event days (lunch, coffee break, dinner), the social lunch (June 25), materials, and access to all event activities. The registration fee does not include accommodation and transportation. Participants are responsible for making accommodations and transportation arrangements with Hotel Recanto Business Center (https://www.hotelrecantobcenter.com.br).
